We absolutely love our new Better Built Home. It was such a pleasure working with the team who partnered with the designers at Oak and Orange for our coastal farmhouse. The finished product is everything we have ever wanted in a home. The design, layout and function of our home is just perfect for our family, there is absolutely nothing we would change. We would do it again, although I don't think we will ever want to leave we love it that much.

We decided to build our home with Better Built Homes after meeting with just about every builder in Sydney. We immediately felt a connection with the team and that continued all the way through our build. Our build was somewhat unique as we were living in our granny flat at the back of our property. We did have a few different site supervisors throughout the build but the transitions were seamless each bringing a high level of standard to the build. Renee and Mitch were absolutely outstanding and I can't speak highly enough about them. It was really nice to see one of the directors come through before PC and spend so much time at the property and requesting things get touched up or fixed before we came through. It shows they really do care. Despite all the rain in 2022 our project was completed in roughly 11 months and we felt that most things were very well organized and efficient. Thankyou to the team at Better Built Homes, hopefully we can do another soon!
We have now been living in our new Better Built Home for 8 months now, receiving our keys in April 2022.
They were extremely flexible when it came to modifying our floor plans to enable us to change anything within the design of the home to suit our needs at tender.
We honestly could not be more happy or impressed still with how wonderfully built our home is and how comfortably our family has settled into our new home, even with a new addition born in the house just in September. Cannot thank the Better Built team enough for their constant devotion and hard work over the past year in creating our home.
They have always communicated well throughout the build and after handover and have always shown a great level of care and commitment to our needs.

The main reason why we chose the Bette-built homes was due to their 5-star reviews. After visiting the display home in Redbank, we were impressed by the quality of the work. After selecting the house plan, we wanted, we needed to customize the plan, and the Better built team always accommodated our opinion and provided their professional opinion. Better built team, especially has been excellent at communicating every step of the progress. Once the building started, our site supervisor was terrific and did his best to complete our dream house promptly. It has been almost two months since we moved in, and aftercare has been fantastic. When we identify any issues, the warranty team organizes them to be rectified immediately. We could not have asked for a better team to build our dream home. Thank you, Better Built team.

Ray in sales treated us as special clients which was appreciated. He is knowledgeable and honest regarding the process and was fast in responding to emails.Although we are in the early stages of the build, we hope the rest of the Better Built team are as responsive as Ray.
Yes, I've built with them before, and I will do it again!!From the start to the end the build was virtually stress free, with any minor hick ups along the way (as there will be with building a new home) the BBH team were onto them straight away.All the guys who we worked with at Better Built went extra miles to get the desired outcome we expected as a customer.The communication throughout out the whole process has been great, we got regular updates throughout the pre-con process as well as weekly updates from our customer service representative Mel and our site supervisor Don.Thank you to all the team Paul, Mel & Don and everyone else at BBH. Better Built homes built our new home in Turramurra. We signed the final contract with them in Feb 2021 and was grateful the original quote was maintained. The work started in Aug 2021 right after the government's lifting the sanction for construction workers and we got our key in Mid Sep 2022 -really happy with the construction time considering all the challenges. Throughout the process, Better Built Homes staff are helpful, professional and friendly. A special shout-out to Kieran and Corey who have been so helpful and professional in the process. Thank you guys!
We started our relationship with Better Built Homes over 2 years ago and have not long had hand over.
We reached out via their website and I remember clearly stating that we were just enquiring however from my very first impression of our future Sales Consultant Merrillie I felt no need to enquire anywhere else.
Next thing we were meeting to go over house plans and we were the clients that changed it all about 3 times, no matter what Merrillie and Paul were above accomodating and we were never made to feel that we were being too high maintenance. They came along on the journey that we were at at that stage and after being ready to submit plans we went back to the drawing board for the final time.
Our Interior Selections with the partnerships BBH have were all smooth and we loved our colour appointment with our Consultants Annette and Blair who were very patient and knowledgable through the process.
We met our Project Coordinator who we got along with so well and who we cannot thank enough, words will never amount to the gratitude we have for Brittany and all of her work and efforts from our first meet with her until the very end on hand over day. Loved her work which always was informative and of the highest quality.
Our Supervisors Corey, Mitch and Don who were all so patient and understanding with us throughout the build were exceptional. They put up with a lot of 100 mph inspections and listened and reassured us along the way, if there was something that needed attention they were straight onto it and that in turn became peace of mind as we saw first hand how on top of the build they were.
BBH have built a team that no matter what stage you are at you they have a member of their team willing, capable and happily going above and beyond for your new home project. We highly recommend them and if we ever built again would not hesitate to build another Better Built Home.
We have had a great experience with Better Built Homes and the construction so far. Corey Russell, our Site Supervisor has been amazing beyond helpful. Really knowledgeable, and always available to answer our many questions, most daft I’m sure, really patient. He is super organised and has been amazing to work with. If there has been an issue, Corey has dealt with it quickly and we have been kept in the loop. We feel he has managed the build really well, and has juggled the many trades due to weather (rain rain and more rain!!). Even with all the rainfall we seem to be on track. This is our first build, and you do hear some horror stories - ours could not be further from that - and we believe it is down to the excellent management Corey has. We cannot wait to to see our home completed….too exciting! We are very happy we chose to build withBBH and grateful to Corey for all his advice and help
We are now living in our Beautiful Better Built Home. I cannot fault the process. We went to the display home and fell in Love. Every stage was not only clear but they made the experience fun and exciting. We have built before and knew what we were in for, but this was so refreshing and not stressful at all.
From tender through to selections, construction and handover we felt valued. If this home wasn't so amazing we would build again with Better Built.

From the start, our experience with Better Built has been clear, structured and smooth.
Better Built call themselves the 'most flexible project home providers' and that was evident from the start with Neel, our sales person, who helped us update the floor plan to our liking. As working professionals, we appreciated the structure of the pre-build process including the full day design and colour session with Blaire and Annette, where we picked our paints, finishes and basically re-designed the whole kitchen.
Despite a delayed start with COVID shutdowns, the build started and completed within 12 months. We had a change of supervisor halfway through, with our old one leaving the company, but our new supervisor Chris had everything under control and was fantastic. He was responsive, accommodating and he had so much detailed knowledge of our build. Kieran's weekly photo updates were also awesome to see continual progress. As far as we can tell, there were very few hiccups in the build process.
We also appreciated the fixed price contract upfront, with no provisional sums or prime costs. Even if the total cost initially seemed slightly higher than the larger name project home providers, the certainty gave us peace of mind, and seeing the quality of build, finishes and fittings, it was more than worthwhile.
We'd use Better Built again in an instant.
