The ‘15K for 15 Years’ promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Better Built Homes Pty Ltd ("Better Built Homes", "we", "our", or "us").
The qualify, an individual must view a minimum of 1 Better Built Display homes and leave their details with the sales representative. If you do not receive a notification of your entry, you will not qualify for this promotion. Only applicate for 1 display visit per person. A person cannot view multiple homes and have multiple entries.
Built Homes reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion is available to clients who have Tender Request Better Built Homes before October 31st 2026. If you have Tender request in the month of October 2026, the client will receive an additional automatic entry
The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of NSW aged 18 years or over. To qualify for entry, an individual must also visit at least one Better Built Homes display home in person and provide their contact details to the sales representative on site. Entry is confirmed only once the entrant receives a confirmation notification from Better Built Homes. If no confirmation notification is received, the entry has not been recorded and the individual does not qualify.
Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) entry per display home visit. Visiting multiple display homes does not generate multiple entries. One entry per person applies regardless of how many homes are viewed.
Individuals who submit an Eligible Tender Request during October 2026 will receive one (1) additional automatic entry, on top of any entry earned under clause 1.2. The ‘15K for 15 Years’ promotion is eligible for customers who have completed a new home Tender Request prior to 31st of October 2026.
Directors, employees, and contractors of Better Built Homes, its associated marketing and advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) are not eligible to enter.
The prize is $15,000 in value, to be taken as either:
(a) a $15,000 family holiday, arranged through a gift voucher or
(b) a $15,000 credit applied to the value of the winner's new home build contract with Better Built Homes.
The winner must select their preferred prize option (2.1(a) or 2.1(b)) within 30 days of being notified. The prize cannot be split between both options, redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged for any other product or service.
This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, or incentives unless otherwise stated.
The promotion is applicable only to standard home designs and does not apply to custom homes under ‘Bespoke by Better Built.’
The winner will be selected by way of a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will be conducted manually by a Better Built Homes staff member
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 10 business days of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond, within 7 days, Better Built Homes reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Personal information collected for the purposes of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Better Built Homes' Privacy Policy, available at https://betterbuilthomes.com.au/privacy-policy/ Information will be used to administer the Promotion and, where consent is given, for future marketing purposes.
Better Built Homes reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All builds are subject to standard site evaluation and feasibility. Standard building and contract terms and conditions apply.
Promotion is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other product or discount. Items included in the promotion are subject to supplier availability and may be substituted with products of equal or greater value at Better Built Homes' discretion.
