The promo is applicable only to standard home designs and does not apply to custom homes under ‘Bespoke by Better Built.’ Clients who qualify for the B’Day Promo will receive the following upgrades at no additional cost:
All upgrades and inclusions are subject to supplier availability. If an inclusion is unavailable, Better Built Homes reserves the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value. Upgrades are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other variations. Any additional structural or design modifications requested by the client will be priced separately and are not covered under this promotion.
The B’Day Promo is valid for builds within Better Built Homes’ standard build zones, including Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, Newcastle, Wollongong, and Moss Vale regions. Additional costs may apply for builds outside of these areas.
The promo does not apply to house & land packages where the builder is not the primary vendor. Clients building within Better Living or Essentials specs shall not recieve this promotion. Items not explicitly listed in the inclusions above are not covered by this promotion.
