Kicking off the evening at the Western Sydney Convention Centre, the Penrith City Local Business Awards brought together some of the region’s most outstanding businesses to celebrate excellence across a range of industries. We were proud to attend alongside our team and were truly humbled to be presented with the Outstanding Service & Trade Award.

Being recognised by the Local Business Awards is particularly meaningful because it comes from the community that has supported us throughout our journey.

For us, this award means far more than a trophy. It represents the trust thousands of local families have placed in Better Built Homes to build one of life’s biggest investments.

A Landmark Year for Better Built Homes

As we prepare celebrate 15 years in business, 2026 has already become one of our most memorable years yet.

Earlier this year, we were proudly recognised by the Housing Industry Association (HIA) as Australia’s Most Professional Medium Builder 2026, a national award that celebrates excellence in professionalism and quality amongst the building industry.

We also celebrated welcoming our 1,000th Better Built Homes customer, a milestone representing 1,000 families who have trusted us to bring their dream homes to life.

This month, we’re excited to open our brand-new Figtree Hill Display Home, with another exciting chapter still to come later this year as we open our newest display home in the Hawkesbury.

Returning to the community where our journey began is a special moment for our team. The new North Richmond display will provide local families the opportunity to experience our craftsmanship, design and quality firsthand while celebrating the community that has supported our journey from the very beginning.
