Paul Spicer brings over 21 years of experience in customer service, process management, and sales, including 17 years within the construction industry. Beginning his career in warehousing and logistics, he quickly transitioned into sales, where he developed a deep understanding of the building process and cultivated strong industry knowledge.
Since joining the Better Built Homes team in 2018, Paul has seen the company grow across NSW while staying true to its commitment to quality. As Senior Sales Consultant, he takes pride in leading by example ensuring every client feels supported from the very first conversation.
Having built his own home with Better Built Homes, Paul understands the building process from both sides. That firsthand experience allows him to guide clients with honesty, clarity, and a practical approach, making what can feel like a complex journey far more straightforward and enjoyable.
When he’s not helping customers on their building journey, Paul is often on the tools himself, taking any chance he can to build and stay hands-on. You might also find him in the motorsport community, whether that’s trackside or behind the wheel.
