Ryan’s journey into real estate and home building started back in 2016, and since then he’s built up over a decade of sales experience and a genuine passion for helping people create homes they love. After moving into the new home building space in 2019, he found his stride guiding clients through one of the biggest milestones of their lives with a down-to-earth approach.
Growing up in the Lake Macquarie area and having built his own home, Ryan truly understands what the process feels like from both sides. That personal experience drives him to make every client’s journey as smooth, stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
Since joining the Better Built Homes team in 2025, he’s become known for being approachable, honest and always willing to go the extra mile. Outside of work, Ryan is all about enjoying life. Whether that’s trying out new restaurants, hitting the golf course or planning his next adventure (he’s already travelled to over 37 countries).
