For more than two decades, Jayden and Aaron have actively worked in the construction industry. They both began their careers as apprentice carpenters and steadily climbed the ladder to become Licensed Builders. In 2010, they established Better Built Homes, starting from the study room in Jayden's father's house.
Since then, the company has experienced steady growth. It started with just the two directors, but now it boasts a dedicated management team that shares the company's vision and passion. They also have a workforce of 40 talented and committed members, all of whom play a crucial role in the company's strong foundation.
