The Promoter is Better Built Homes and Developments, Trading as Better Built Homes (ABN 81 146 891 205) (the ‘Promoter ‘). The Promoter’s address is Unit 3, 13 Renshaw Street, Cranebrook NSW, 2749

The “Offer” consists of a prize, each independent from the other in all terms and legal forms.

A prize is for a one-time, lump sum financial transaction of $30,000.00 in the favour of the winning entrant.

All entrants that meet the qualifying criteria as set out below, are eligible for EACH of the prizes stated to maximum value.

1. The total maximum value of the “Offer” is $30,000.00.
   a. The “Offer” is ONLY redeemable by Automatic Bank Transfer, Cheque, or is redeemable against the total value of the entrants building contract, at the discretion of Better Built, with acceptance by the entrant.
   b. The offer is not redeemable for currency (“cash”). Any use of the word “Cash” is for marketing purposes only.
   c. The “Offer” is not transferable to any 3rd parties not identified in the Building Agreement/Building Contract executed with Better Built Homes.

   To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

2. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all Australian Citizens who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (‘Eligible Entrants ‘). Entrants must be over the age of 18, as of the date of entry.
   a. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
3. This offer is extended to any client who is an Australian Citizen and who executes a “Tender and proceeds with a Building Agreement or Building Contract” for the construction of a Residential Dwelling under the following conditions.
4. Better Built Homes identifies now for the purposes of clarity, that an entrant may only claim 1 entry per “Tender and proceeds with a Building Agreement or Building Contract” as executed within each qualifying period. A “Building Agreement or Building Contract” may include multiple attached or detached dwellings. Better Built Homes reserves the right to include or exclude any dwelling from qualifying at its discretion.
5. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period or Periods (defined below): execute a Better Built Homes “Tender and proceeds with a Building Agreement or Building Contract” and pay the required fee as stated under the normal terms and conditions set out in Better Built Homes “Tender, Building Agreement or Building Contract” for the purchase and construction of a residential dwelling.
6. To be eligible for the prize, any entrant must commence, proceed to execute, and or accept a Better Built Homes “Tender and Building Agreement or Building Contract” within the specified Promotional Period, 12:00am 18th April 2024 and 11:59pm 30th June 2024.
7. The “Offer” is only available for clients of Better Built Homes and Developments, Trading as Better Built Homes and or its subsidiary brands that are constructing a residential dwelling within Better Built Homes standard service areas. Entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of entry as outlined in these standard terms and conditions.
8. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
9. The competition commences on 18th April 2024 at 12:00 AM and closes 30th June 2024 at 11:59 PM (‘Promotional Period‘). All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter. If any draw date falls on a public holiday, as defined in the state of the Promoter, that draw will be conducted on the next business day. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.
10. The winner of the Prize will be the first valid entry drawn at one of the Promoter’s Premises on 05th July 2024 at 05:00 PM. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.
11. The winner will be notified by email and telephone within two business days of the draw.
12. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer available from “Better Built Homes”.
13. As a condition of accepting ANY Draw prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
14. Prize will not be transferred until client slab has been completed and payment for the slab stage has cleared.

*By submitting an entry into this competition, entrants’ consent to receive promotional and other marketing messages from the Promoter (including messages sent electronically for an unlimited period of time). Entrants will be able to opt-out at any time by following the instructions included in each message sent by the Promoter.

**Given the financial nature of the promotion, each entrant whether an individual or corporation, must seek independent legal and financial advice as to how the prize may affect their individual financial circumstances, including but not limited to the individual or corporation’s taxation liabilities.
