1. Rendering Services Better Built Homes provides rendering services through a third-party rendering company to create visual representations of homes based on client specifications.
2. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the desired home design, including architectural plans, color schemes, materials, and any other relevant details.
Any changes or modifications to the original design specifications provided by the client may result in additional costs and extended delivery times.
3. Payment The client agrees to pay the full amount specified in the variation invoice for the rendering services before the commencement of the rendering process.
4. Delivery Timeline Renders generally take 2-3 weeks to be complete. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client to requested information.
Better Built Homes is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure, or delays from the Rendering Company.
5. Revisions and Modifications One minimal change can be made to the render, once received. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. The client must provide clear and consolidated feedback on revisions within 2 days of receiving the render. Failure to do so may result in delays.
6. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the rendered images for personal use only. Better Built Homes retains the right to showcase the rendered images in its portfolio, promotional and marketing materials.
7. Cancellation and Refunds If the client wishes to cancel the rendering services before completion, a cancellation fee may apply. No refunds will be provided once the rendering process has commenced.
8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without written consent.
9. Amendments Better Built Homes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing. By engaging in our rendering services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Better Built Homes reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
