Leppington Living Christmas Lights Bonanza with Santa

You better watch out because Santa Claus is coming to visit Better Built Homes at the Leppington Living Home & Land Sales Centre for a Christmas lights bonanza hosted by Crownland Developers! Over 50 display homes from 35 leading building companies will be lit up, transforming the village into a Christmas wonderland every night from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM between the 9th and 22nd of December.

As the first home builders to finish and open our display at Leppington Living, the event is an opportunity to showcase our modern home designs in a different light. See the stylish double-storey Ivy 32 and the functionally spacious single-storey Dalton 21, illuminated with a dazzling Christmas lights display that could give Rudolph a run for his money! 

Beyond the premium fixtures and fittings inside our display homes and our dedicated partners and suppliers, the Leppington Living Christmas Lights Event is our chance to give back to the local community in the lead-up to the most magical time of the year. 

“Better Built Homes is excited to participate in the Christmas Spectacular in which Crownland Development have gone all out to bring this amazing event to their latest display village,  Leppington Living,” said Sales and Marketing Department Manager Paul Spicer. 

“The community-based initiatives from the team are really making an impact in the local community getting out and about in the area. We are ‘green’ with envy and hope to ‘steal’ the show.”

Crownland Developments Sales & Marketing Manager Antonio Gerace echoes this community sentiment, describing the event as an opportunity to “bring the festive season to the village” and show the community that these home builders are there to support all kinds of home-building journeys and projects.

“Nothing like this has been organised in the past,”  said Antonio. “Inspired by the nostalgic memories of seeing Christmas lights as children, we’re expecting to attract thousands from far and wide to see the light show for an unforgettable moment they can cherish for the rest of their life.”

As the first home builder in the village to have their display homes completed before the grand opening of the Sales Centre, we can’t wait to see what spectacle the BBH team has prepared for their display homes.”

Be there for opening night on the 9th of December to experience a night of music and entertainment, free ice cream, elves on stilts, a snow dome and, of course, a surprise visit from Santa. Preparations are already underway for the festive event, with our Director Aaron in charge of handpicking a fresh Christmas tree for all our display homes and our head offices in Penrith. 

BBH also participates in Operation Christmas Child, filling shoeboxes with presents for children in underprivileged countries. Every BBH Manager nominated 2 team members to purchase gifts to fill 1 shoebox per department (alongside a few extra personal shoeboxes of gifts), which will be delivered to the charity Samaritans Purse to distribute the presents to those in need.

The holidays are a chance to give back, and we can’t wait to show our commitment to the community, our customers (past, present and future) and the disadvantaged. We hope to see families visiting from all over Sydney to celebrate Christmas with a Better Built Homes difference.
