Better Built Homes are finalists in the 2022 Housing Industry Association (HIA)-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards for the Most Professional Medium Builder in NSW! BBH is thrilled to be considered among the best home builders in the state, a trend that has continued since taking the top spot in 2018 and 2019 for the HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards.

Taking place at the International Convention Centre in Sydney’s Darling Harbour, the 52nd anniversary of the NSW awards was the first HIA live event in over two years since COVID.

Complimenting our successful three-year run as ProductReview’s Best Home Builder in Sydney and NSW from 2018 to 2020, the recognition from HIA-CSR is another validation of our consistency and professionalism.

Since our registration in 2010 and the delivery of our first home build in March 2012, we’ve genuinely differentiated ourselves in the marketplace as one of the industry’s most versatile builders. Employing 195 trade contractors, nine onsite employees, 31 office staff members, one business developer, three sales consultants and two hostesses, BBH operates independently of third parties, building homes throughout Greater Western Sydney (including the Hills, Blue Mountains, Camden and Hawkesbury regions) with the help of our valued partners and suppliers. 

Thanks to our growing versatility and the windfall from the area’s significant and continual growth, we’re now building in the Inner West, North Shore, and extensive locations across the Sydney metropolitan area.

As a growing business, Better Built Homes has invested time and money in improving our building processes and procedures to help improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. We’ve done this by successfully implementing new software, including Sugar CRM and Onsite Companion, and implementing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
